Plastic injection workshop & mold workshop

In plastic injection workshop, there are 25 sets of injection machines equipped with robot hand each and appending machine, size from 50T-800T,including two-color injection machine and vertical injection machine for caterring to the market demand and reducing labor cost. Dust-free injection machines for higher request food-grade and medical products. IMD/IML(In-mold decoration/in-mold labelling) process for injection parts could be done in our factory too.

In mold workshop, there are 200㎡area for different molds making such as injection molds, die casting molds, stamping molds,hot press molds and extrusion molds. There are high-precision CNC machines, EDM machines, grinding machines,etc to

macth molds manufacturing. Each month, we could make at least 30 molds by mold engineers.    

Die casting workshop

In die casting workshop,there are 5 die casting machines for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die casting,size from 150T to 550T.

The material choice can be ADC12, A360, A380, Zinc alloy,etc. The most produced parts are lighting enclosures, heatsinks,auto components, door handles.Surface finish for die casting parts could be electrocal coating, passivation, powder coating, anodizing,etc to satisfy different working environment.

Stamping/Laser cutting workshop

In stamping & laser cutting workshop,there are 7 sets of High precision punching machines,size from 30 to 150T;3 sets of Dazu laser cutting machines for metal sheet and plastic sheet, 2 sets of bending machines, 1 set of engraving machine and some welding machines. Material could be copper, Stainless steel,Aluminum, Plastic,etc. Usually PC plate, TV plate, Mobilephone holder, make-up box and some electronics need this process.

Silicone Compression molding workshop

In silicone compression molding workshop, we have 5 sets of compression machines to make silicone and rubber parts;compression process can achieve high efficiency and productivity and lower price for customers. Color for silicone and rubber parts can be any color chosen by customer. Usually sealing rings, mobilephone cover,wrist belt,swimming goggles,keypads,keyboard cover,cup mat,etc will be made by silicone rubber material.  

Extruion molding workshop

Extrusion moldings is Fusion’s new business in recent years. With several years’ fast development, Fusion has helped lots of customer making many different plastic extrusion parts and metal extrusion parts. PVC tube, PC lighting cover, Aluminum heatsink parts,etc will be made by this process.

Inspection workshop

In inspection workshop, there are equipped with 10 calipers, 1 set of CMM machine, 1 set of 2D-measure machine,1 set of projector, aging tester,hardness tester, IPX-4 waterproof tester,etc to meet each product’s quality control request.  

Assembly line workshop

Fusion has two complete assembly lines for assembling all components from interior PCBs to final housings step by step.
